In the beginning of UMG adventure, UMG started with distributing power generators and H.E spared parts. Distribution, as a backbone of UMG, has enlarged into many other business sectors.
In 1998, Winning Way Co., Ltd under UMG was founded and began to distribute electric and power generators for power station, mining, bank, hospital, hotel, high rise building, residential, commercial building and factory use. Nowadays, different force of generators, varies from 10kva to 3250kva are available at Winning Way Co., Ltd. Besides distributing, we offer long term and short term rental services and provides comprehensive solution for low-noise room layout of diesel generator sets, control logic for energy management to create greater value for our customers during the power supply. From 2016 onward, we started importing and distributing Matador generators which used Spanish technology to Myanmar and other South East Asian countries with perfect quality warranty system and rapid technology service network. We chose global leading engine and high efficiency alternator and match with intelligent control system, which assures our products operating in the best condition, powerful and stable operation. Matador generators are designed for harshest weather condition, while maintaining highly efficient and reliable to work 24/7 at site. Matador generators are capable to operate continuously for 7000 hours per year. With auto remote control function, gen-set real time operation parameters and state will be monitored, and machinery will give immediate alarm to monitor equipment when faulty occur.
Win Strategic Co., Ltd, founded in the mid of 1998, has been trading excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders , pavers, compactors, rollers, motor graders, drills, crushers and dump trucks. We deliver world recognized brands such as Volvo, SDLG, SHANTUI, SANDVIK and TONLY to our customers throughout the country as well as South East Asia. A new milestone of UMG is the opening of Common Purpose Co., Ltd in 2006 focusing on sales of high quality heavy machinery products including excavators, hydraulic breakers, crawler drills, hydraulic drills, screw compressors, vibratory rollers, road rollers, stabilizers and wheel loaders which are designed for construction, mining and infrastructural sectors. Major brands distributed by Common purpose are Hitachi Sakai and Furukawa which are made in Japan. Others brands imported by this business unit are New Holland and Airman.
Chrysanthemum Wealth Co., Ltd was launched in 2010 to support UMG’s distribution sectors of Heavy Machinery. According to the demand of our customers who regularly buy our heavy machinery products, it mainly handles supplying of heavy machinery component parts and repairing of machines and vehicles. The facilities and processes involved in remanufacturing are detailed inspection, cleaning, measuring, replacing, repairing and salvaging the parts of machines and vehicles. Furthermore, additional machinery parts retail service include distribution of high power and good quality USA Cummins engine parts and services, Fleetguard brand filters with excellent filtration, BOSCH Germany injection diesel service, Delphi injection diesel service, Germany made Deutz engine components and Sanden compressor for road off trucks, machinery and luxury cars. We started importing BOSCH in 2013 and it has gained a moderate awareness in the market. In addition, Deutz was imported in 2015 and followed by Sanden, Cummins, Fleetguard started in 2016. Since Chrysanthemum Wealth Co., Ltd was established accordingly to the demand of our regular heavy machinery customers, customers’ satisfaction is always our first priority.

It emphasizes on sales of consumable products such as lubricants, tires, filtration systems, pumps for construction and mining, portable generators and etc. Internationally recognized brands including VOLVO Heavy Duty Engine Oil, Tsurumi Pump, Valvoline Lubricants, Valvoline Engine Oil (Motorcycle, Car and Heavy Duty) , Volvo Lubricants, Matador Lubricant and Tsunami Pump are imported and distributed by People Origin Co., Ltd throughout Myanmar.

Started within 2012, UMG Motor Co., Ltd is the latest branch differentiating it as an automotive division. UMG Motors primarily focus on sales of Japanese motorcycle brand, Kawasaki. In Addition, Vespa scooters which is made of Italian technology were introduced to Myanmar in 2016. Vespa scooters are light, well-furnished and modernized in design. This business unit has already owned a moderate market share in a number of regions in Myanmar. In the year of 2017, UMG Motors will import and distribute 3 wheelers products from worldwide recognized brand Piaggio which came from India. In the future, we expect to take the leading role in Myanmar’s motorcycle market and we are delivering the best services and the highest quality products.
In the same year of 2013, UMG expand another business unit called Fast Point Co., Ltd which distributes concrete and construction equipment in Myanmar. Fast point brings the best quality brands like Tadano, Potain, Schwing Stetter, Sunward, Giken, CIMC and Fuwa. Fast Point Co., Ltd always tries to imply with UMG’s value to give the best service to customers.
Win Motor Co., Ltd was inaugurated, at the end of 2013, with a vision to boost agriculture growth of Myanmar through supplying agricultural harvesters, tractors and implements to farmers across the country. Win Motors Co., Ltd imports Deutz-Fahr tractors from Italy and India, Matador harvesters, tractors and backhoe loaders from China and Fieldking and Mclaren implements from India and Thailand. To extend our business sector, UMG is going to distribute the most reliable OEM products with finest performance, which is UMG MATADOR brands to Myanmar and South East Asia from 2016 onward.
Seventy Eight Co., Ltd which was founded in 2015, counterpart with Winning Way Co., Ltd to operate vastly in sales of power generators used in factories and industries. Seventy Eight Co., Ltd distribute UMG Matador OEM generators and forklift in Myanmar and South East Asia from 2016 onward. Moreover, we distribute Cleaning Machine Products: Tennant Floor Cleaning Machines (Made in USA) and Klenco Cleaning Chemical products and Cleaning Machine. Klenco brand is used by the most prominent cleaning service companies in Yangon. Seventy Eight Co., Ltd also provides following products and services; generator sales and service, forklift sales and service, cleaning Machine sales and service, spare parts sales, cleaning chemical sales and outsource servicing for Generator & Forklift. One of the most renown prestige and luxurious car brand “Volvo” is imported and distributed by a joint venture between UMG Group of Companies and Wai Family Co., Ltd, called Performance Auto International Co., Ltd. Performance Auto is appointed as the official importers and distributor of Volvo cars for Myanmar since March 2016. The flagship showroom located at 146 Dhammazedi Road, Bahan Township, Yangon and was inaugurated on Feb 12, 2017. As part of our ongoing monumental success, UMG established Compass Auto Co., Ltd in 2016, an authorized dealer of Isuzu Trucks in Myanmar. Isuzu is made in Japan product. Despite from Isuzu trucks, we distribute other Japan brands Fujisawa which is also a product of Isuzu Co., Ltd.
